Chef and media personality, Rick Matharu created Rick's Good Eats as an ode to the immigrant experience. Flavours from Ricks' childhood melds with his passion for comfort food classics that evoke a feeling of nostalgia. Since winning Canada’s prestigious ‘Recipe to Riches’ competition, Rick has been honing his craft and building a movement in Toronto’s rising food scene. With a passionate following of foodies, he has garnered acclaim as well as attention of notable personalities like Canada’s PM Justin Trudeau. Chef Rick is now spreading his unique creations globally through his most recent endeavor, the Secret Samosa Club. Partnering with long-time friend and fellow Punjabi-Canadian, Joti Sohi, they are bringing re-defined classics to the UK.
